Usually a provision for Primary-aged children, Platinum Football Club extended their provision by hosting a Food and Nutrition workshop for nearly 60 children and young people aged 7-16.

The team at Platinum FC hosted Fruit Sundae Workshops, initially presented by Digbeth Dining and then replicated by their in-house team using equipment and ingredients sourced through Bring it on Brum! These sessions supplemented their Food and Nutrition education as part of their winter programme.

The participants enjoyed learning the importance of balanced nutrition and having the opportunity to get hands-on tasting, choosing and preparing their fruit sundaes. Attendees were also encouraged to take their creations home and enjoy their tasty treats as a family!
