Activity Packs

If you are not able to access face-to-face holiday clubs, at home activity packs are also available for the winter school holiday. You will need your Bring it on Brum! / Free School Meal code from your child’s school to request a free winter activity pack.

Activity packs are available one per child and only available for children and young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals.

Registrations close on Wednesday 6th December 2023 or as soon as all available activity packs have been allocated.

Additional Activity Pack Information

– Due to the limited number of activity packs, we are able to fund, they are available on a first come first served basis.
– Activity packs will be delivered between Monday 11th and Friday 22nd December 2023.
– Sometimes mistakes do happen, and activity packs do get damaged, in the unlikely scenario where you receive a damaged activity pack, please accept our apologies. It is, however, unlikely that a replacement will be offered due to all packs being distributed.
– By applying for an activity pack, you are agreeing to your name, postal address and safe space / delivery information being shared with the activity pack supplier for delivery purposes only.

Food Boxes

As part of the winter Bring it on Brum! programme we are pleased to offer families the opportunity to request a winter food box. These food boxes complement our programme of face-to-face holiday activity clubs which can be booked HERE.

We have partnered with Morrison’s to provide a box of cupboard essentials and fresh produce. The contents of the box will include all the ingredients needed to make 5 meals. All boxes are vegetarian.

You will need your Bring it on Brum! code (also called a HAF or FSM code) to request a free winter food box. These codes are available from your child’s school.

One food box is available for each eligible household (NOT one per child). Eligible households must have at least one child or young person eligible for benefits-related free school meals living there. You will need to enter the details of ONE eligible child ONLY in order to register for a food box. Duplicated registrations or applications for multiple children from the same household will be removed.

CHECK YOUR HOME ADDRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER; WE CAN NOT REDELIVER IF A FOOD BOX IS SENT TO AN OLD HOME ADDRESS.
– Due to the limited number of food boxes we are able to fund, they are available on a first come first served basis.
– All food boxes will be delivered between Wednesday 3rd and Friday 5th December 2023. The mobile phone number on your account will be used to send you a text update about your delivery.
– Redelivery after the first attempt will not be possible. It is, therefore, essential you provide delivery information when you register. This information will be used if you are not at home when delivery takes place. For example; behind gate, with neighbour, in porch, in shed. If you are in an apartment block or flat, provide access details for the delivery driver.
– Sometimes mistakes do happen, and food boxes do get damaged, in the unlikely scenario where you receive a damaged food box, please accept our apologies. It is, however, unlikely that a replacement will be offered due to the maximum amount of food boxes that are available.
– It is not possible to amend or personalise the contents of the food box; any items you will not use please give consider giving to a neighbour, friend or family member or donating to a local food bank before disposing of them.
– By applying for a food box, you are agreeing to your name, postal address and ‘safe space’ information being shared with Morrison’s and DPD for delivery purposes only.
